The Ontario Shores Foundation for Mental Health (Ontario Shores Foundation) is calling on all Ontarians to rise up to create a vision for tomorrow that supports and treats everyone facing mental health challenges, regardless of where they are in life.
The Give For Tomorrow campaign aims to change the narrative from conversation to connection and, eventually, action by boldly presenting seemingly healthy and happy youth with powerful words associated with complex and severe mental illness.
The campaign challenges audiences to see beyond the smiling faces and look ahead to the obstacles they may face later in life.
We believe the empathy people have for youth should extend into adulthood as our friends, family, neighbours and fellow citizens face challenges at different times in their lives.
The Ontario Shores Foundation supports the work of Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences (Ontario Shores), a specialty mental health hospital located in Whitby, Ontario, which provides a range of services to people living with mental illness.
Every day, Ontario Shores assists adolescents, adults and seniors living with mental illness along their recovery journeys.
Mental illness is treatable and recovery is possible.
However, as the demand for mental health treatment and services continues to grow, organizations such as Ontario Shores require additional financial support to ensure those impacted by mental illness get the help they need when they need it.
Your support of the Give For Tomorrow campaign will assist us in our quest to ensure everyone living with mental illness has the opportunity to get the help they need, when they need it.Back
